How can I assign a task to a team member?

You can assign tasks to your team members and create work plans.

To assign a task, follow these steps:

  1. Within your Fleet Management Dashboard, navigate to Tasks
  2. Select a task by hitting the text balloon-button in the Action column on the right.
  3. If applicable, adjust the status on the left (with the arrow or drop down).
  4. Adjust priority if needed.
  5. If applicable, set a due date.
  6. Next, select a team member from the drop down menu underneath Assign to.
  7. Click Update. Your task has now been assigned!
