How can I assign a task to a team member?
You can assign tasks to your team members and create work plans.
To assign a task, follow these steps:
- Within your Fleet Management Dashboard, navigate to Tasks
- Select a task by hitting the text balloon-button in the Action column on the right.
- If applicable, adjust the status on the left (with the arrow or drop down).
- Adjust priority if needed.
- If applicable, set a due date.
- Next, select a team member from the drop down menu underneath Assign to.
- Click Update. Your task has now been assigned!
