Where can I view the issues reported by a charter customers?
Your customers can notify you about possible issues through the Sailsense Mobile app. These issues are listed on the Tasks page of the Fleet Management Dashboard.
To view your issues and tasks, follow these steps:
- Login to your account: app.sailsense.io
- Navigate to Tasks in the top menu.
- Here you find an overview of all the issues and tasks of your fleet.
- Use the filter panel on the left or sort each column to organize the list.
You can sort on boat name, assignee, task creator, affected part, creation date, priority, creation date and status.
