When sailors encounter problems or issues before, after or during their journey, they can notify the charter company immediately with the Sailsense Mobile app.
How to report an issue:
- Install the Sailsense Mobile App (Android | iOS).
- Open the app and login with the right credentials.
- Tap the plus (+) icon. Then choose Report an issue.
- A question will pop up: Are you safe? Answer yes or no.
When No, you are prompted to directly call your rental company.
When Yes, you can continue reporting.
- Fill in the urgency level by giving 1, 2 or 3 stars.
- Select in the affected part.
- Add one or more pictures of the affected part.
- Add a description.
- Tap Report Issue
- Done! Your rental company will automatically receive the issue.
