How to report an issue in the mobile app?

When sailors encounter problems or issues before, after or during their journey, they can notify the charter company immediately with the Sailsense Mobile app.

How to report an issue:

  1. Install the Sailsense Mobile App (Android | iOS).
  2. Open the app and login with the right credentials.
  3. Tap the plus (+) icon. Then choose Report an issue.
  4. A question will pop up: Are you safe? Answer yes or no.
    When No, you are prompted to directly call your rental company.
    When Yes, you can continue reporting.
  5. Fill in the urgency level by giving 1, 2 or 3 stars.
  6. Select in the affected part.
  7. Add one or more pictures of the affected part.
  8. Add a description.
  9. Tap Report Issue
  10. Done! Your rental company will automatically receive the issue.
